The FITOK range at a glance
FITOK organises its portfolio into five categories: general instrumentation valves and fittings, medium and high pressure valves and fittings, high purity and ultra-high purity products, sampling systems, and tubing. Across those categories, the product families below cover most instrumentation fluid and gas system needs, from a single tube fitting to a complete integrated panel.
Fittings
The fittings range starts with instrumentation tube fittings, available in both single and double ferrule designs, including the FITOK 6D double ferrule series for leak-tight connections that resist vibration fatigue and hold high working pressures. For higher-pressure duties, FITOK offers medium and high pressure fittings, including cone-and-thread designs for the most demanding service. For ultra-high purity and semiconductor work, the face seal range provides metal gasket, O-ring, and L-ring designs. The range is completed by weld fittings, adapters, and flared fittings, so you can move between connection types within one product family.
Valves
FITOK’s valve range is broad. Its ball valves include one-piece instrumentation, three-piece, bar stock, high performance, high temperature metal-seated, high purity, trunnion, and alternative fuel service designs, with fire-safe options certified to API 607 available within the range. Needle valves are offered in several bonnet and stem configurations for shutoff and fine control, and gauge valves are available for instrument connections. For stem sealing where leakage cannot be tolerated, FITOK makes bellows-sealed valves, including low-pressure high-purity, secondary-packed, high-pressure pneumatic, and metering versions. Alongside these you will find diaphragm valves for high purity service, plus plug, check, metering, relief, bleed, purge, and excess flow valves, and subsea valves for offshore duty.
For isolation and instrument hook-ups, FITOK offers instrumentation manifolds in two, three, and five valve configurations, together with single and double block and bleed valves. Air headers and distribution manifolds and a stream switching system round out the valve and manifold offering.
Regulators, filters, and connectors
Beyond valves and fittings, FITOK supplies pressure regulators for controlling and maintaining system pressure, filters to protect downstream components, and hoses and quick-connects for flexible and quick-disconnect connections. These sit within the same engineering and quality framework as the rest of the range.
Sampling systems and integrated systems
FITOK builds sampling systems for taking representative process samples safely, and integrated systems that combine multiple components into a compact, tested assembly. Integrated and modular assemblies reduce the number of connections you have to make on site and shorten installation time, which is valuable in space-constrained and high-purity environments.
Tubing
The range includes tubing to match the fittings, including electropolished tubing for ultra-high purity gas systems where a controlled internal surface finish is required. Supplying tube and fittings from one source helps keep materials and tolerances consistent across a system.
Quality and certification
FITOK’s quality case rests on documented certification and material control rather than reputation alone. FITOK operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and the FITOK products we supply are third-party certified to ASTM F1387, a recognised standard for the performance of mechanically attached fittings under demanding endurance conditions. Components are marked for traceability, and materials are controlled to give consistent performance in corrosive and high-purity service.
Hydrogen applications
FITOK supports the hydrogen sector across the value chain, from generation and storage to transport and refuelling. The FITOK 6D series is available with hydrogen certification, and FITOK also holds hydrogen-specific approvals such as EC-79, ECE-R110, CSA/ANSI HGV 3.1:22 and ISO 19887-1:2024 on relevant product groups. Enhanced 316 and 316L
