High-pressure tubes
Seamless high-pressure tubes are designed for various applications using liquid or gas as thepressure medium, including hydraulic installations, test benches, and water-jet cuttingequipment. Alleima’s high-pressure tubes offer exceptional yield and tensile strength, combined with high elongation.
The very smooth internal surface ensures pressure resistance, while autofrettagetreatment enhances cycle fatigue behavior for lasting performance.
Coiled Tubing
Alleima offers a variety of tubular products available in coils and on spools. Hydraulic and instrumentation tubes are available in corrosion-resistant stainless steels and nickel alloys, with outside diameters from 1.59 to 50 mm (0.0625 to 1.968 in.). These tubes have smooth surfaces and precise tolerances, reducing leakage risks.
Standard delivery is in 6-meter straight lengths, with coiled options available to cut installation costs.
